New w/o Tags White Embroidered LS Boho-Chic Top w/ Tassel Ties W Sz L

This top was purchased last year from a street vendor at a neighborhood festival . It has no tags of any sort but it feels like it might be rayon or possibly a rayon cotton blend. It is very soft lightweight and flowy. The embroidery is beautiful. The vendor said it was made in Mexico. It has never been worn.
