"Caution To The Wind" Colorful Striped Tube Top

This colorful tube top has super cute ruffles around the top and bottom; plus, some buttons down the middle in front - just to give it a bit extra oomph. The pastel-colored block stripes are perfect. Everything drawn together is not too much and not too little. It is a juniors/women's size small -measurements are included in the photos. The hanger elastics are still on the piece, this is a sign of little to no wear and/or damage. It has been worn one/two times.
