Dogs costume

This is in excellent condition. My dog would only keep it on long enough for some pictures. He tends to stop moving then he will move sideways. It says a size small but my dog is medium sized and it fit him great. There is a picture of the measurement guidelines. UPS package delivery pal. This listing would not let me put down that it wasn’t new with tags. So I put it as nwt to be able to list it. Although it looks new and is in the packaging it came in.
