Royal Blue Dress NWT

A stunning royal blue color. Fabric is "scuba" like so it lays very nicely, doesn't really wrinkle and holds its shape. Fits slightly small for a size 2 IMO But please see provided measurements. There is a hook back of the neck entry. Very flattering shape & style. Dress is brand new & never worn. Was unfortunately too small for me. But I loved it so much that I purchased another one in the next size. Dress is from H & M's "Conscious" line.
