This is a beautiful piece! Flower buttons on the front and in the cuffs, shoulder pads, stretch waits for comfort and polka dots!! Beautiful pleats in the bust! Doesn't specify size, only says petite, but I'm size 8 and there was still plenty of room to go up a size to fill it a little more or go down for a more relaxed fit.

*Length from shoulder- 43 in.
*Bust-15.5in (but is very flowy/loose)
*Waist stretched-16.5 in.
*Can fit size 4-10/belt not included**
